Our homes are equipped with top of the line amenities, from fully- appointed kitchens to lavish outdoor spaces. Our properties feature private pools, spacious decks and panoramic views, ensuring that every part of your stay is filled with comfort and tranquility.

Jasmine House offers 4-bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. The house comes with 2 golf buggies for your whole stay. The property is split over two levels containing a fully equiped kitchen, two living areas, undercover entertainment area with outdoor dining table and a large outdoor lounge with a BBQ.

The location of the house is a short drive to both One Tree Hill for Sunset and if you feel like venturing from your own private pool, Catseye Beach and the resort swim up pool/bar are a short drive away!

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Upstairs-

- Master Bedroom: King Bed

Downstairs-

- Second Bedroom: King Bed or 2 Singles

- Third Bedroom: Queen Bed

- Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed

Additional Bedding Suitable for children only:

2 single blow up mattresses (These will be placed in 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms)

Master Bedroom located on the top floor has its own ensuite and balcony with outdoor lounges. please note the jets in the bath tub are not in use. It is just a bath tub.

Bedroom 2 located on the lower level has its own ensuite, suitable for the additional blow-up mattress if required with views of the garden.

Bedroom 3, located on the lower level has a balcony, suitable for additional blow up mattress if required with a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4, located on the lower level has a balcony and shared bathroom.

LINEN:

Linen is provided for the amount of guests you have booked for.

If you have 10 guests, there will be towels/ linen required for 10 guests

Guest are welcome to utilise the whole house during their stay. When securing a booking with Jasmine you have the entire house to use during your stay!

Guests are welcome to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding the house and Hamilton Island.

You will be greeted at the airport or marina by our valet team, who will escort you up to the property.

The Host will greet you at the property to sign the buggy form upon your arrival and answer any questions you may have.

Guests must be minimum age of 21 years to book this property. Authorised drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years and hold a current provisional driver’s license or above to drive the vehicle
