Our homes are equipped with top of the line amenities, from fully- appointed kitchens to lavish outdoor spaces. Our properties feature private pools, spacious decks and panoramic views, ensuring that every part of your your stay is filled with comfort and tranquility.

Cowries House offers 4-bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. The house comes with 2 golf buggies for your whole stay. The property is split over two levels containing two fully equiped kitchens, two living areas and two balcony's on both levels with a BBQ on the top level looking over Hamilton Island marina.

The house is extremely private with your own private driveway to enter into the property. The location of the house is a short drive to both One Tree Hill for Sunset and if you feel like venturing from your own private pool, Catseye Beach and the resort swim up pool/bar are a short drive away!

Upstairs:

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed

Second Bedroom: Queen Bed

Third Bedroom: King Bed or 2 Singles

Downstairs-

Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed

Sofa Bed - If required

Sofa Bed: Double Bed

Rollaway Bed: Single (Placed only in Bedroom 4)

Bedrooms 1 -3 are located up stairs:

Master Bedroom located in the right wing has its own ensuite and located on the top level.

Bedroom 2, 3 are located in the left wing on the top level with a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4, Sofa Bed & Rollaway Bed are located downstairs:

Bedroom 4 is located on the lower floor on the right wing with views of the pool and a bathroom located on the same floor.

Sofa Bed is located on the lower level in living room 2.

Rollaway Bed will be placed in Bedroom 4 if required.

LINEN:

Linen is provided for the amount of guests you have booked for.

If you have 10 guests, there will be towels/ linen required for 10 guests

If you have 5 guests, there will be towels/ linen provided for 5 guests

DRIVERS: Drivers must be min. 21 years of age and have their full license to drive our vehicles.

Guest are welcome to utilise the whole house during their stay. When securing a booking with Cowries you have the entire house to use during your stay, two large balcony's with views facing Hamilton Island Marina!

You will be greeted at the airport or marina by our valet team, who will escort you up to the property.

Guests must be minimum age of 21 years to book this property. Authorised drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years and hold a current full driver’s license or above to drive the buggys.
